Leppington is a hamlet in the Ryedale District of North Yorkshire, England. It is situated approximately north-east from the centre of the city and county town of York. Leppington forms part of the civil parish of Scrayingham. The nearest railway station is at Malton, to the north. At the north of Leppington is the Grade II listed 17th-century Leppington Grange Barn. In 1823 Leppington was in the civil parish of Scrayinham, and the Wapentake of Buckrose in the East Riding of Yorkshire.
